Why Cocoaffee?
It’s great as a morning start! Kick-start your metabolism* and fight coffee-anxiety** with this smooth drink naturally high in iron, copper, and magnesium. Though in fairness you’ll hopefully not get any jitters from decaf coffee anyway…
How big is a bag?
You get 300g of Cocoaffee in each bag, which is enough for at least 15 servings. If you’re having one a day at breakfast, that’s enough for two weeks with one spare!
Ingredients: Cocoa, Decaffeinated Arabica-blend Coffee. Allergens? None, and no traces.
How to use: place two heaped teaspoons of Cocoaffee (20g) into cafetière per serving and top with
boiling water.
Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes before plunging.
Pour into cup and add milk and sugar to taste.
Why a cafetière? A coffee filter won’t let the cocoa come through into your drink, and an espresso machine flushes the cocoa too quickly – causing problems with the water pressure (and a weak coffee). Only a cafetière will keep the grounds down but release the cocoa powder into the drink
